Each Mid-Western Villa build is designed, drawn and planned to make use of compact spaces, practical budgets and expedient timelines.  Mewali has a compact portfolio of 9 Villa's, designed and built in Kuta Lombok. Each of these plans have been built, improved and jigged to take advantage of our local teams' strengths and expertise. Each Villa is leased for 8 years, extendable by 4 years, ensuring maximum investment returns over the duration of the lease period. Mewali is always open to using your own design, but our contractors are familiar and comfortable building in this western style with Mewali Property designs.  

Our Villa Turnkey package uses Aneka Furniture from Bali and is custom designed, measured and crafted to match your Villa decor and practical living needs. Complimented with Macha Bali soft furnishings, wall decor and trinkets, the two combine to make a perfectly balanced space for Mewali's clients' needs and desires. Mewali sources pure Cotton, Hemp and Linen products from Luna Linen and is colour coordinated for style, whimsy and polish, for an individual client vibe.  Contact the team for a personal viewing or for more information.
